1. Our Commitment to Data Control At SoloGator, we empower our users with full sovereignty over their digital information. We provide clear and direct methods for users to request the removal of their data from our systems and to disconnect any integrated third-party platforms.

2. Disconnecting Integrated Platforms If you have authorized SoloGator to manage your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) through our automation tools, you can revoke this access at any time directly through your SoloGator Dashboard. Once disconnected, all active API tokens associated with that platform will be immediately invalidated and purged from our session storage.

3. Requesting Full Account Deletion To permanently delete your SoloGator account and all associated personal and business data, please follow these steps:

  • Send an official deletion request from your registered account email to support@sologator.com.

  • Our technical team will verify the request to ensure security and prevent accidental data loss.

  • Upon verification, all personal identifiers, linked data, and automation history will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 72 hours.

4. Data Retention Policy Please note that while all operational and integration data is purged, SoloGator may retain specific billing records and transaction history as required by law for financial auditing and tax compliance purposes.
